Expert MS Projects (24104) Bilthoven 36 2 maanden met optie tot verlenging € 80,00 t/m € 85,00 09-10-2026 08:00 Achtergrond opdracht Het Referentielaboratorium Hielprikscreening heeft naast reguliere uitvoeringstaken een groot aantal kleine en grote projecten (schatting: 20-30 projecten in 5-8 categorieen). Het ontbreekt momenteel aan overzicht, waardoor de teamcoordinatoren te weinig instrumenten hebben om goed te kunnen sturen op voortgang en resulaten. Wij willen daarom MS Projects gaan gebruiken voor het projectmanagement. Echter het inrichten van de applicatie met alle lopende projecten is een grote klus waarvoor wij geen kennis in huis hebben, noch menskracht. De ingehuurde moet dus de applicatie voor ons gaan inrichten en daarna 4-8 medewerkers trainen in adequaat gebruik ervan. Voor het inrichten van de applicatie verwachten wij dat de ingehuurde informatie ophaalt bij de diverse medewerkers om een compleet beeld te krijgen van de lopende projecten. In samenspraak met de coordinatoren beslissen we welke projecten wel en niet in MS Projects worden opgenomen. Het RIVM verricht toegepast wetenschappelijk onderzoek op het terrein van de volksgezondheid en het milieu/leefomgeving. Rijksvaccinatieprogramma, modelleren van het ontstaan en de verspreiding van ziekten en monitoring van luchtkwaliteit zijn enkele voorbeelden van haar activiteiten. Het RIVM stelt haar ICT-voorzieningen beschikbaar als het Shared Service Centre (SSC-)Campus. SSC-Campus levert ICT-diensten aan het RIVM en interdepartementaal aan andere rijksdiensten die ICT-ondersteuning wensen voor hun kennisintensieve en wetenschappelijke activiteiten. Deelnemers in SSC-Campus op dit moment (juni 2022) zijn RIVM, KNMI, CBG, CPB, CtgB, PBL, RLI, SCP en RWS.
