Multimodaal.Vlaanderen – een business unit van VIL vzw – zoekt een gedreven en ondernemende medewerker om Vlaamse bedrijven te begeleiden bij de overstap naar haalbare, rendabele en structurele multimodale transportoplossingen. Geen theorie maar concrete business cases die ook effectief worden geïmplementeerd.

Jouw rol

Als expert multimodaal goederenvervoer ben jij de schakel tussen bedrijven, oplossingen en duurzame mobiliteit. Je analyseert goederenstromen, detecteert opportuniteiten en vertaalt die samen met bedrijven en partners naar concrete oplossingen. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met een sterke verbindende rol en bouwt duurzame samenwerkingen uit binnen het logistiek ecosysteem.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

· Begeleiding & advies Je begeleidt bedrijven bij het verduurzamen van hun logistieke keten. Je analyseert goederenstromen, overtuigt bedrijven van de meerwaarde van multimodaal vervoer en vertaalt opportuniteiten naar realistische en rendabele business case.

· Project- en business case ontwikkeling Je werkt concrete modal shift oplossingen uit, onderzoekt de operationele en economische haalbaarheid en begeleidt bedrijven richting effectieve implementatie.

· Communicatie en kennisdeling Je brengt gerealiseerde cases en inzichten naar buiten via events, nieuwsbrieven en andere communicatiekanalen om andere bedrijven te inspireren en activeren.

Wat breng je mee?

· Kennis of ervaring op het vlak van binnenvaart, shortsea of spoorvervoer is een plus maar geen must. Bij ons geven leergierigheid en professionaliteit de doorslag. Een interne opleiding wordt voorzien.

· Je bent communicatief sterk, overtuigend en bouwt vlot professionele netwerken uit.

· Je werkt zelfstandig, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.

· Je bent bereid om actief te werken in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen en je regelmatig te verplaatsen binnen deze regio.
