1 Expert Processes and Key User PP/PM - Karenzvertretung befristet Ihre Herausforderung Global Process Expert Production Planning & Plant Maintenance:

* Verantwortung für die systemseitige Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der globalen Prozesse in der Produktionsplanung und Instandhaltung * Zentraler Ansprechpartner für globale und lokale Stakeholder (Production, Maintenance, SCM, IT) in Bezug auf SAP PP/PM und angrenzende Systeme

Prozessmanagement und Optimierung:

* Systemseitige Entwicklung und Implementierung globaler Prozessstandards für Produktionsplanung, Produktionssteuerung und Instandhaltung * Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung der End-to-End-Prozesse inklusive Weiterentwicklung relevanter KPIs

Systemverantwortung SAP PP/PM:

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP PP/PM, insbesondere im Umfeld Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung und Instandhaltung * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in Systemlösungen sowie Unterstützung bei Tests und Releases in enger Abstimmung mit IT

Transformation & Projektarbeit (S/4HANA):

* Vertretung der Fachbereiche Production und Maintenance im S/4HANA-Projekt und aktive Mitarbeit im relevanten Transformations-Stream * Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen Prozess- und Systemlandschaft inklusive Integration von SAP PP/PM in die S/4HANA-Umgebung

Koordination und Problemlösung:

* Erstellung, Freigabe und Bearbeitung von Change Requests sowie Koordination von Prozess- und Systemänderungen * Analyse und Lösung von prozess- und systembezogenen Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT

Schulungen und Support:

* Durchführung von Trainings für Key User und Endanwender sowie Unterstützung beim globalen Roll-out von Prozessen und Systemlösungen * Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungs- und Prozessdokumentationen sowie User-Support

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Supply Chain Management, Produktionstechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - alternativ über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung * Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung, Produktionssteuerung und/oder Instandhaltung * Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozesse in Produktion und Instandhaltung sowie Prozessdesign und -optimierung * Kenntnisse in SAP PP und/oder SAP PM sind von Vorteil * Ihre Stärke liegt in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Prozessstandards * Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren * Sie bringen eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit mit und kommunizieren sicher mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene * Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und Tools * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus

Unser Angebot

Wir bieten Ihnen ein Aufgabengebiet im globalen SCM-Umfeld mit der Möglichkeit, Ihre bereits vorhandenen Qualifikationen weiterzuentwickeln. Neben unseren zahlreichen attraktiven Sozialleistungen beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Stelle in Österreich, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung, mindestens EUR 59.000,00 (KV-Mindestgehalt der chemischen Industrie). In anderen Ländern kann die Vergütung je nach lokalen Marktgegebenheiten und gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen abweichen.
