Krijg jij energie van het beheren en optimaliseren van technische systemen die bijdragen aan een veilige, comfortabele en energie-efficiënte ziekenhuisomgeving? Heb je een interesse voor automatisering, regeltechniek en gebouwgebonden technologieën? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als expert technische gebouwsystemen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de verdere ontwikkeling van het Honeywell-gebouwbeheersysteem binnen ons ziekenhuis. Via dit systeem worden tal van technische installaties opgevolgd en aangestuurd, waaronder verwarming, ventilatie, koeling en diverse regeltechnische toepassingen.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Beheer en opvolging van het Honeywell-gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS).
  • Meewerken aan uitbreidingen en optimalisaties van het bestaande Honeywell-gebouwbeheersysteem.
  • Vertaling van technische en operationele noden naar praktische oplossingen binnen het GBS.
  • Opvolging van de goede werking van HVAC-installaties en andere gekoppelde technische systemen.
  • Analyse van technische storingen en afwijkingen binnen het gebouwbeheersysteem en deze zelf ter plaatse oplossen.
  • Onderzoek van storingen en het uitwerken van duurzame oplossingen in samenwerking met collega's en externe partners.
  • Uitvoering van functionele controles en preventief onderhoud.
  • Bewaken van de continuïteit van kritische systemen die de technische werking van het ziekenhuis ondersteunen.
  • Opvolging van technische projecten, renovaties en uitbreidingen binnen het ziekenhuis m.b.t. GBS
  • Begeleiding van externe partners bij implementatie-, onderhouds- en indienstnamewerken.
  • Opmaak van schema's en technische ontwerpen voor kleinere uitbreidingen en aanpassingen aan bestaande automatiseringsinstallaties.
  • Bekabeling en aansluiting van sensoren, actuatoren en andere regeltechnische componenten waar nodig.
  • Opmaak en actualisatie van technische documentatie, schema's en procedures.
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor het gebouwbeheersysteem en de gekoppelde installaties.

Wat heb jij te bieden?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Elektronica-ICT, Elektrotechniek, Automatisering.
  • Ervaring met gebouwautomatisering, meet- en regeltechniek of technische beheersystemen vormt een belangrijke troef.
  • Ervaring met HVAC vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in automatisering, regeltechniek en gebouwgebonden technologieën.
  • Je bent bereid je te verdiepen in de architectuur van het Honeywell/Niagara-gebouwbeheersysteem.
  • Je hebt inzicht in elektrische schema's en regeltechnische principes.
  • Je bent bereid om op termijn zelf technische schema's uit te werken voor kleinere uitbreidingen en aanpassingen.
  • Ervaring met bekabeling en aansluiting van sensoren, actuatoren, stuurkasten of automatiseringscomponenten is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat gestructureerd te werk bij het opsporen en oplossen van storingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert eveneens uitstekend binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en andere interne klanten.
  • Je bent bereid om je permanent bij te scholen en nieuwe technologieën eigen te maken.
  • Deelname aan een wachtdienstregeling vormt voor jou geen probleem.
