Aufgaben

* Vollumfängliche Projektabwicklung zu RAMS & LCC in allen Geschäftsbereichen von Liebherr-Transportation Systems (Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klimaanlagen, Kühlaggregate und hydraulische Aktuatoren für Schienenfahrzeuge, Nutzfahrzeuge und Sonderanwendungen) und über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Projektteams, Lieferanten und Kunden * Lastenheftkommentierung in Projektakquise; Sicherstellung der Einhaltung einschlägiger Anforderungen aus Vertrag und Normen in der Entwicklung * Durchführung von Zuverlässigkeitsberechnungen, FMECA, HA, FTA mit Moderation von Workshops/Reviews im Projektteam * Erstellung von LCC-Modellen zur Bewertung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Optimierung von Wartungsstrategie und Ersatzteilmanagement * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung sicherheitsrelevanter Komponenten und Systeme * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Nachweise * Statistische Analyse von Felddaten als Basis für Optimierungen * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse, Methoden und Tools im Fachbereich

Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Systems Engineering; TU, FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Statistik * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich RAMS & LCC, idealerweise in der Bahnindustrie * Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Methoden wie FMECA, Hazard Analysis und Fault Tree Analysis sowie Zuverlässigkeitsbetrachtungen * Idealerweise Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen (z. B. EN 50126, EN 50129, EN 50128) * Erfahrung mit Tools wie z.B. Isograph und Excel-basierten LCC-Modellen * Kenntnisse und Erfahrung zu funktionaler Sicherheit nach DIN EN 61508 und DIN EN 62061 vorteilhaft * Erfahrung im Umgang mit statistischen Analysewerkzeugen; idealerweise Erfahrung zu Datenanalyse und Programmierung in Python * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken; schnelle Auffassungsgabe * Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von mindestens € 61.800,- brutto/Jahr anzugeben. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich jedoch nach Ihren bisherigen Erfahrungen und wird individuell vereinbart.
