Die Liebherr-Transportation Systems GmbH & Co KG in Korneuburg entwickelt, produziert und betreut ein breit gefächertes Programm an... 1 Experte (m/w/d) für CFD/numerische Strömungsanalyse Aufgaben * Durchführung von CFD-Simulationen zur Analyse und Optimierung im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung mit Fokus auf Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klimaanlagen und Kühlaggregaten für Schienenfahrzeuge und Nutzfahrzeuge * Analyse von Temperaturverteilungen, Luftströmungen und Druckverlusten * Optimierung von Luftführungen, Komponentenanordnungen und Komponentendimensionierungen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz und Leistungsfähigkeit * Analyse des Ausströmverhaltens brennbarer Kältemittel und der Explosionsfähigkeit des entstehenden Gasgemischs zur Sicherstellung der Sicherheit im Schadensfall * Entwicklung, Aufbau und Validierung entsprechender numerischer Modelle * Korrelation und Validierung der Simulationsergebnisse anhand von Labor- und Klimakammermessungen * Erstellung technischer Berichte und Präsentation der Ergebnisse gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Konstruktion, Systems Engineering, Versuch und Projektmanagement sowie mit Kunden * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse, Methoden und Tools im Fachbereich

Qualifikation * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Physik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Energietechnik oder Vergleichbares (TU, FH) * Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in numerischer Strömungsanalyse/CFD (Strömungsmechanik, numerische Methoden, Turbulenzmodellierung, Meshing, Modellkalibrierung u. -validierung anhand von Messdaten) sowie Kenntnisse zu Wärmeübertragung und Thermodynamik * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- u. Klimatechnik * Routinierter Umgang mit CFD-Tools wie Ansys Fluent und Ansys CFD sowie Grundkenntnisse in CAD-Software * Erfahrung mit Simulationen zu Kondensation, Vereisung und Akustik wünschenswert * Grundkenntnisse in Python, MATLAB oder vergleichbaren Automatisierungstools von Vorteil * Zusätzliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Strukturanalyse/FEM von Vorteil * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken; schnelle Auffassungsgabe * Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von mindestens € 64.200,- brutto/Jahr anzugeben. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich jedoch nach Ihren bisherigen Erfahrungen und wird individuell vereinbart.
