Sie arbeiten in einer zentralen Stabstellenfunktion direkt an der Seite des Landesdirektors - mit hohem fachlichem Einfluss und ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Kundenberater:innen - Sie agieren als fachliche:r Sparringpartner:in und begleiten bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

* Entwicklung individueller, maßgeschneiderter Versicherungslösungen für Unternehmen - mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Absicherung und Vertriebserfolg

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien in direkter Abstimmung mit dem Landesdirektor

* Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks in Graz und Graz-Umgebung - Sie repräsentieren die GRAWE professionell nach außen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Fundierte Ausbildung im Versicherungsbereich (z. B. BÖV-Prüfung oder akad. Versicherungskaufmann/-frau)

* Erfahrung im Versicherungsvertrieb (idealerweise Firmenkunden)

* Beratungskompetenz mit klarer Abschlussorientierung

* Verständnis für Vertriebssteuerung und Zusammenhänge

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Führungskräften
