Als Experte Personalverrechnung übernehmen Sie die fachliche Leitung anspruchsvoller Payroll-Projekte und entwickeln gemeinsam mit den internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern unsere Prozesse, Systeme und Services nachhaltig weiter. Dabei verbinden Sie fundierte Expertise in der österreichischen Personalverrechnung mit ausgeprägter Projektmanagementkompetenz und schaffen Lösungen, die Qualität, Compliance und Effizienz langfristig sichern. Haupttätigkeiten

* Eigenständige Leitung komplexer Payroll-Projekte von der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeption bis zur Implementierung, Übergabe und Erfolgskontrolle

* Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams sowie Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern aus HR, Finance, IT, Legal, dem Betriebsrat und den Fachbereichen

* Erstellung von Projektplänen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Updates sowie aktives Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement

* Sicherstellung der fachlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen in Projekten unter Berücksichtigung des österreichischen Arbeits-, Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Kollektivvertragsrechts, insbesondere des Kollektivvertrags des FEEI (Fachverband der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie)

* Analyse, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen mit Fokus auf Qualität, Compliance, Automatisierung und Skalierbarkeit

* Fachliche Verantwortung für die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Payroll-Systemen, Schnittstellen, Schichtmodellen und Lohnarten sowie für die Umsetzung von abrechnungsrelevanten Anforderungen im Zusammenhang mit modernen Vergütungsmodellen, Benefits aber auch Sonderthemen wie bspw. Kurzarbeit

* Steuerung externer Dienstleister inklusive Leistungscontrolling, Qualitätssicherung, Serviceänderungen und nachhaltiger Prozessverbesserungen

* Planung, Koordination und fachliche Begleitung interner und externer Payroll-Audits sowie SV- und Steuerprüfungen, einschließlich Aufbereitung prüfungsrelevanter Unterlagen, Steuerung von Maßnahmen und nachhaltiger Umsetzung der Audit-Feststellungen

* Beratung von Führungskräften und Projektverantwortlichen bei komplexen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen und strategischen Entscheidungen in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld

Ihr Profil

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die dir zum Erfolg verhelfen

* Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der österreichischen Personalverrechnung sowie nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Payroll- oder HR-Projekte

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeits-, Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Kollektivvertragsrechts sowie Sicherheit in der Bewertung komplexer Sachverhalte

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner HR- und Payroll-Systeme, insbesondere SAP HCM und/oder SAP SuccessFactors; Erfahrung mit Systemimplementierungen, Schnittstellen oder Automatisierung ist von Vorteil

* Matura und einschlägige Fachausbildung erforderlich

* Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementkompetenz mit strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise, souveräner Stakeholderkommunikation und hoher Umsetzungsstärke

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Diese Position unterliegt dem KV für Arbeiter und Angestellte der EEI, Beschäftigungsgruppe H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). Das vereinbarte Monatsgehalt wird 14 x p.a. ausbezahlt. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Eignung.
