Aufgaben, die mich erwarten

* organisatorisches Abwickeln von Aufgaben im Dienstleister- und Netzwerkmanagement (z.B. Performance Messung, Auswahl von Dienstleistern)

* proaktives Abstimmen und laufendes Zusammenarbeiten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wie beispielsweise Logistikdienstleistern, Lieferanten und unserer Einkaufsabteilung

* aktives Steuern internationaler Transporte von Asien in die HOFER S/E Länder (Österreich, Italien, Slowenien, Ungarn, Schweiz)

* eigenverantwortliches Vorantreiben von Verbesserungen entlang der Transportkette

* Mitarbeiten an Projekten im Bereich Supply Chain Management (z.B. Efficient Unit Load, Kartonoptimierung, Ladungsträgermanagement etc.)

* laufendes Monitoring sowie kontinuierliches Entwickeln von SCM-Kennzahlen (z.B. Anliefergenauigkeit, Transportschäden und Durchlaufzeiten)

Qualifikationen, die ich mitbringe

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes wirtschaftsorientiertes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Supply Chain Management

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Supply Chain Management

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* routinierter Umgang mit dem PC (insbesondere MS Office)

* sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* selbstständige, prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise für eine proaktive Durchführung von Aufgaben

* engagierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Organisations- sowie Teamfähigkeiten

* Freude an der Übernahme von Projektverantwortung, um diese zum Erfolg zu führen
