Als Export Area Sales Manager bij Connect Products in Meerkerk ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei van de Europese export van lijmen en kitten. Je bouwt bestaande markten verder uit, ontwikkelt nieuwe commerciële kansen en werkt met distributeurs en internationale inkooporganisaties. Daarbij richt jij je op zowel de merken van Connect Products als private labels.

Van onderhandelingen op directieniveau en het analyseren van marktontwikkelingen tot het bezoeken van klanten in Europa: jij ziet waar kansen liggen en weet deze om te zetten in concrete groei. De eerste periode trek je intensief op met de huidige Export Manager Europe, waarna je steeds zelfstandiger verantwoordelijk wordt voor jouw exportmarkten.

Wat ga jij doen als Export Area Sales Manager bij Connect Products BV?

Als Export Area Sales Manager vergroot je de marktpositie van Connect Products in Europa op het gebied van lijmen en kitten, zowel voor de eigen merken als voor private labels. Samen met de General Manager en Export Manager Europe bepaal en realiseer je de Europese exportstrategie, waarna de verantwoordelijkheden worden verdeeld. Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt bestaande relaties met distributeurs en agenten en breidt jouw focus steeds verder uit richting acquisitie. Nieuwe commerciële kansen herken je door markt- en producttrends te analyseren en deze te vertalen naar concrete acties. Onderhandelingen voer je op verschillende niveaus, waaronder op directieniveau. In nieuwe en bestaande markten zoek je naar mogelijkheden om het distributienetwerk verder uit te breiden, onder andere in Oost-Europa. Je positioneert Connect Products onderscheidend in de markt en weet klanten overtuigend mee te nemen in de kwaliteit en flexibiliteit die het bedrijf uniek maken. Ongeveer een derde van je tijd ben je onderweg binnen Europa, meestal voor korte reizen van 1 à 2 nachten en sporadisch voor een internationale beurs.
