Wat houdt de functie in? Als Export Consultant Operations Ocean ben je compleet verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en verwerken van zeevracht export (FCL en LCL) zendingen van klanten. Hierbij staat een klantgericht /adviserende rol centraal. Dit houdt in dat je klanten dagelijks spreekt, hen op de hoogte brengt van lopende zaken, en zorgt draagt dat de gehele export afhandeling. Door jouw zeevracht- en verdere logistieke kennis worden de zendingen correct afgehandeld en ervaren onze relaties optimale service. Je volgt en optimaliseert werkinstructies en/of procedures en je communiceert service gericht naar alle partijen. Tot je taken behoren onder andere: - Het beheren van je eigen klantenportfolio - Het adviseren van klanten over de meest passende logistieke oplossing - Het waarborgen van datakwaliteit binnen onze systemen / RotraNext - Het afhandelen van zendingen ( A t/m Z) en de benodigde documentatie: - Het implementeren van nieuwe klanten - Het optimaliseren van de profitability van dossiers - Het projectmatig meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties - Het ondersteunen van collega's daar waar nodig Wat vragen we van je?
