Als Export Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het exportproces van een internationale logistieke organisatie. Jij begeleidt exportzendingen van boeking tot vertrek en zorgt ervoor dat het volledige proces soepel verloopt. Je verwerkt en beheert exportboekingen en coördineert exportzendingen van A tot Z. Daarbij heb je dagelijks contact met klanten, collega's, terminals, agenten en andere logistieke partners. Je informeert klanten over de status van hun zendingen en zorgt ervoor dat zij altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Daarnaast controleer je export- en douanedocumentatie en signaleer je eventuele afwijkingen binnen het proces. Wanneer zich operationele uitdagingen voordoen, schakel je snel en kom je met passende oplossingen. Door jouw klantgerichte instelling, nauwkeurige werkwijze en communicatieve vaardigheden draag je bij aan een betrouwbare dienstverlening en een uitstekende klantbeleving. waar ga je werken?
