Als Export & International Logistics Officer ben je binnen Jodoco de referentiepersoon voor de administratieve en logistieke organisatie van onze internationale zendingen.

Waar onze Customer Care & Logistics-collega's instaan voor orderverwerking, administratie en reguliere transportopvolging, neem jij voornamelijk de meer complexe internationale exportdossiers voor je rekening.

Je organiseert en volgt internationale transporten op via zee, spoor en weg en zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct, tijdig en met de juiste documenten bij onze internationale klanten terechtkomen.

Je kent de administratieve en documentaire vereisten van internationale handel en weet welke acties nodig zijn wanneer goederen buiten de Europese Unie worden verzonden.

Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, sales, productie, transporteurs, expediteurs, douaneagentschappen en andere externe partners.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

Internationale logistiek & transport

  • Organiseren en coördineren van internationale zendingen via zee-, spoor- en wegtransport.
  • Opvragen en afstemmen van transportmogelijkheden, tarieven, planning en modaliteit op klant en bestemming.
  • Samenwerken met expediteurs, rederijen, transporteurs, douaneagenten en andere logistieke partners.
  • Opvolgen van boekingen, laadmomenten, deadlines, transittijden en leveringen.
  • Proactief ingrijpen bij vertragingen, afwijkingen of logistieke problemen.
  • Professioneel communiceren met klanten en interne collega's over de status van zendingen.

Export- & douanedocumentati

  • Voorbereiden, controleren en opvolgen van de vereiste export- en transportdocumentatie.
  • Werken met onder andere Packing List, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin (CoO), CMR en Bill of Lading.
  • Coördineren en controleren van douane- en exportdocumenten en andere oorsprongs- of klantgebonden documenten.
  • Controleren of exportdossiers volledig en correct zijn vóór de goederen vertrekken.
  • Zorgen dat klanten, expediteurs, douaneagenten en andere betrokken partijen tijdig over de juiste documenten beschikken.

Order-to-delivery ownership

  • Bewaken van het volledige proces: order → productieplanning → documenten → transportplanning → exportformaliteiten → verzending → levering → dossierafsluiting.
  • Tijdig signaleren wanneer informatie ontbreekt of wanneer sales, productie, klant of logistieke partner actie moet ondernemen.
  • Meedenken over een meer gestructureerde, betrouwbare en efficiënte exportwerking.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring in export, internationale logistiek, shipping, customer service export of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met internationale zendingen buiten de EU en bent vertrouwd met zeevracht en bij voorkeur ook spoor- en wegtransport.
  • Documenten zoals CoA, CoO, Packing List, CMR, Bill of Lading zijn voor jou vertrouwde begrippen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met douaneformaliteiten en begrijpt hoe een internationaal exportdossier administratief wordt opgebouwd.
  • Je hoeft niet zelf alle douaneaangiftes uit te voeren, maar je bent inhoudelijk sterk genoeg om, expediteurs en douaneagentschappen, hun documentatie kritisch te controleren.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en begrijpt de impact van foutieve of ontbrekende documenten op internationale leveringen.
  • Je bent praktisch, proactief en oplossingsgericht. Wanneer een zending dreigt vast te lopen, wacht je niet af maar zoek je actief naar een oplossing.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans of andere talen is een pluspunt.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een internationale KMO waar verantwoordelijkheden breed zijn en waar van jou verwacht wordt dat je ownership neemt over je dossiers.
