The posting

Voor een klant van Robert Half in Kortenberg, actief in de technische sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Export & Logistics Coördinator (m/v/x).

Onze klant is een internationaal gerenommeerde en stabiele speler met een sterke marktpositie en een modern karakter. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continuïteit centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en administratieve opvolging van export- en logistieke processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat zendingen correct, tijdig en efficiënt worden verwerkt.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • het regelen van transporten en het onderhouden van contacten met transporteurs, forwarders en andere logistieke partners;
  • het voorbereiden van informatie voor douaneformaliteiten en customs clearance;
  • het controleren van exportdocumenten zoals transportdocumenten, certificaten van oorsprong, conformiteitscertificaten en EUR1-documenten;
  • het opvolgen van openstaande bestellingen en het ondernemen van actie om tijdige verzending te garanderen;
  • het controleren en registreren van facturen in het voorraadsysteem met betrekking tot export;
  • het bewaken van levertermijnen en tarieven, en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • het afstemmen met interne afdelingen, waaronder customer service, om een vlotte flow van exportactiviteiten te verzekeren;
  • het ondersteunen van algemene administratieve taken binnen het departement.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met een stevige ervaring binnen een logistieke of exportgerichte functie. Schoolverlaters komen voor deze functie niet in aanmerking.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in logistiek, transport, expeditie of exportadministratie;
  • je hebt een goede kennis van internationale logistiek, Incoterms en basis douaneformaliteiten;
  • je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met exportstromen via baantransport en/of zeevracht;
  • je communiceert vloeiend in het Engels;
  • je hebt een vloeiende kennis van Nederlands of Frans, en een basiskennis van de andere landstaal;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor detail;
  • je bent proactief, hands-on en denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig je dossiers beheren.
