Je werkt aan duidelijke doelen, stuurt op resultaat en houdt grip op de dagelijkse uitvoering. Tegelijk denk je mee over groei, procedures en de ontwikkeling van het team. Een rol waarin je echt invloed hebt op het rendement en de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Als Export Manager ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het operationele en commerciële proces binnen Export. Je combineert dagelijks leiderschap met het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en resultaat. Daarbij zorg je samen met je team voor een correcte afwikkeling van zendingen en houd je de bezetting op locatie goed op orde. Je schakelt met HRM, collega's en stakeholders om doelstellingen te realiseren en het rendement te verbeteren. Ook kijk je continu waar processen slimmer en beter kunnen. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business en het verder laten groeien van de afdeling. - Je realiseert het budget en stuurt op winstdoelstellingen. - Je stelt samen met HRM het team samen. - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het Export team en bewaakt de bezetting op locatie. - Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en correcte afwikkeling van zendingen. - Je draagt procedures en instructies uit en helpt deze te optimaliseren. - Je ontwikkelt new business om groei te realiseren voor de afdeling. - Je stemt af met stakeholders om het rendement op onder meer inkoop te verbeteren.
