Ervaren Medewerker Export IP Handlers & APC Handling, gevestigd in Aalsmeer, in de directe omgeving van Amsterdam airport en Bloemenveiling Flora Holland zijn snel gegroeide bedrijven die 24/7 zorgen voor de logistieke afhandeling en opslag van bloemen, planten, stekkenmateriaal, fruit en groenten.

Naast het doorvoeren van de luchtvracht goederen is daarbij het behandelen van de producten een belangrijke toegevoegde waarde die IP Handlers en APC Handling bieden. De goederen van onze relaties worden behandeld als hoogwaardige producten. Snelheid, nauwkeurigheid, flexibiliteit en lage kosten zijn daarbij enkele “key-elements” die ervoor hebben gezorgd dat we inmiddels een stevige internationale marktpositie hebben veroverd.

Om verdere invulling te geven aan onze doelstellingen zijn wij op zoek naar een fulltime/parttime ervaren medewerker export.

Jouw rol

- Transport zendingen voorbereiden en op een accurate wijze afhandelen voor een juiste en snelle doorgang van het logistieke proces. Opmaken export airwaybills.

- Zorgdragen voor de diverse bijkomende administratieve handelingen, documentatie en facturatie.

- Informeren van potentiële en vaste klanten m.b.t. te verzenden goederen per luchtvracht.

- Exportzendingen aannemen, bijzonderheden verwerken in exportdossier, vrachtruimte reserveren. Werken met agentennetwerk.

Wat we in jou zoeken

- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen airfreight logistiek.

- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur richting van logistiek.

- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

- Een proactieve en gestructureerd manier van werken.

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord en geschrift.

- In het bezit van eigen vervoer.

Wat je van ons kunt verwachten

- Een salaris tussen €2.700,- en €3.700,-.

- Flexibiliteit in werktijden (parttime of fulltime bespreekbaar).
