Je boekt vrachtcapaciteit bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen, stemt af met de loods en houdt contact met klanten en agenten wereldwijd. Fulltime, met een salarisindicatie van €3.500 tot €4.000 bruto per maand en flexibele begintijden. Over de functie Voor de Air Freight-afdeling op Schiphol zoeken we een export medewerker luchtvracht. Jij regelt al het papierwerk en zorgt dat exportzendingen via lucht en weg goed op weg gaan. Je werkzaamheden: - Luchtvracht- en internationale wegvervoerzendingen administratief correct afhandelen - Contact houden met klanten, agenten, leveranciers en collega's van vestigingen wereldwijd - Afstemmen met de loods en een planning maken, zodat de vracht op tijd wordt verwerkt - Vrachtcapaciteit reserveren bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen - Werken volgens de procedures van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en letten op de naleving ervan - Zendingen op tijd en correct factureren Over het bedrijf Je komt te werken bij een internationaal logistiek bedrijf dat goederen vervoert, opslaat en op tijd bij klanten aflevert. Met een wereldwijd netwerk en meerdere vestigingen in Europa werkt de organisatie voor klanten in uiteenlopende sectoren. Op alle vestigingen samen werken ruim 700 mensen. Op Schiphol werk je in een klein team, waar samenwerken en je verder ontwikkelen belangrijk zijn. Wat vragen wij van jou Je bent veel in contact met klanten, agenten en de loods. Als er iets misgaat met een zending, zoek je zelf naar een oplossing en houd je iedereen op de hoogte.
