BlueTrail Extern adviseur Gelderland 24u p/w HBO Functieomschrijving Naar aanleiding van het resultaat van de WPG-audit is een plan van aanpak gemaakt waarin de verbeterpunten zijn benoemd. De opdracht omvat het realiseren van de verbeterpunten zoals benoemd in het plan van aanpak. De opdracht kan vrij zelfstandig, uiteraard in afstemming met betrokkenen, uitgevoerd worden. Voorwaarde is dat het resultaat van de producten voldoet aan de wettelijk gestelde eisen en werkbaar is voor degenen die met het resultaat moeten werken. Daarnaast is het inbedden van activiteiten onderdeel van de opdracht, zodat in het vervolg helder is welke functie welke verantwoordelijkheden heeft ten aanzien van het werken met politiegegevens en de audit die hiertoe periodiek wordt uitgevoerd. Verdere invulling is aan de professionele ruimte van de opdrachtnemer. Wanneer de tijd het toelaat zullen we beoordelen of de opdracht aangevuld kan worden met activiteiten ten aanzien van de AVG. De professional legt verantwoording af over de voortgang en het resultaat. Dit kan tweewekelijks. Er zijn geen exacte instructies; hiervoor vertrouwen we op het professionele inzicht en de kennis van de opdrachtnemer. Na afronding van de opdracht zijn de actiepunten uit het plan van aanpak WPG dusdanig afgerond dat deze voldoen aan de vereisten zoals gesteld in de WPG en verantwoordelijkheden in de organisatie dusdanig worden belegd zodat aan de verplichtingen vanuit de WPG wordt voldaan. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de opdrachtnemer om tijdig te escaleren wanneer het beeld ontstaat dat een actiepunt in het plan van aanpak niet haalbaar is. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd? Eisen bij de opdracht: - Je bent aantoonbaar in het bezit van een erkend, diploma op HBO niveau - Je hebt aantoonbaar minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring - Je hebt ruime ervaring met het Microsoft Office-pakket en kan efficiënt werken met programma's zoals Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams...
