Jouw functie

Als External Sales Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere commerciële groei van Manpower in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten, bouwt langdurige klantenrelaties uit en positioneert Manpower als dé HR-partner voor bedrijven in jouw regio.

Je krijgt hierbij de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om jouw regio autonoom uit te bouwen en een directe bijdrage te leveren aan de groei van onze organisatie.

Business Development

  • Actief prospecteren via telefoon, e-mail, social selling en bedrijfsbezoeken
  • Nieuwe klanten identificeren en duurzame relaties opbouwen
  • Marktontwikkelingen opvolgen en commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren
  • Offertes uitwerken en professionele commerciële voorstellen presenteren
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten overdragen aan de Operations Manager voor verdere operationele opvolging
  • CRM-systemen correct en up-to-date houden

Netwerken

  • Manpower vertegenwoordigen tijdens netwerkevents, vakbeurzen en lokale initiatieven
  • Actief bouwen aan een sterk professioneel netwerk binnen jouw regio
  • Meewerken aan een positieve zichtbaarheid en uitstraling van ManpowerGroup

Samenwerking & Coördinatie

  • Nauw samenwerken met Operations Managers en interne teams
  • Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht en opvolging van commerciële dossiers
  • Actief bijdragen aan het realiseren van de regionale groeidoelstellingen
  • Je onderschrijft onze waarden: People, Knowledge & Innovation
  • Je bent een geboren netwerker en haalt energie uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en beschikt over een sterke commerciële mindset
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en denkt mee met klanten
  • Je bouwt vlot professionele relaties op, zowel intern als extern
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie met focus op prospectie
  • Ervaring binnen de HR- of uitzendsector is een sterke troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Frans en Engels is een plus.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, flexibel en stressbestendig
