Als vertegenwoordiger bij Etivoet ben je verantwoordelijk voor het: Uitbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties: Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt voor een langdurige samenwerking door het bieden van uitstekende service en advies. Werven van nieuwe klanten: Je detecteert commerciële kansen en breidt actief ons klantenbestand uit binnen de regio Antwerpen, Limburg en Nederland. Adviseren over onze innovatieve etikettenoplossingen: Met jouw kennis van onze producten en marktontwikkelingen geef je klanten advies op maat. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan duurzame labels, multilayer etiketten, of andere specifieke oplossingen (vb. wash-off labels). Bouwen aan duurzame partnerschappen: Je werkt samen met onze klanten aan duurzame oplossingen die passen bij hun bedrijfsdoelen, en je zet je in voor een gezamenlijke groei. Nauw samenwerken met het interne team: Je onderhoudt nauw contact met interne sales, productie en logistiek om een optimale klantbeleving te garanderen.

De ideale vertegenwoordiger is communicatief en weet de noden van de klanten te analyseren en te begrijpen om zo, samen met de medewerkers binnendienst en productie, de ideale oplossing aan te bieden. Collegialiteit naar de collega's én een empathische houding naar de klant is dus erg belangrijk.

Hoewel je de nodige opleiding krijgt en je steeds op de hulp van de collega's kan rekenen verwachten we wel proactiviteit en zelfstandigheid zodat je zelf voldoende bezoeken inplant, de nodige voorbereidingen treft en correct de informatie deelt door dit in het ERP-systeem te voegen. Je volgt uiteindelijk ook de offertes en bestellingen van je klanten op.

Een ideale vertegenwoordiger is commercieel ingesteld, heeft een sterk doorzettingsvermogen en beseft dat projectleiders, aankoopverantwoordelijken en/of marketeers vaak niet staan te wachten met koffie en taart om zo uren tijd te maken. Toch wordt hij/zij hierdoor niet afgeschrikt.

Ervaring in de verpakkingssector is geen must maar is zeker een pluspunt.

Als vertegenwoordiger van Etivoet draag je onze waarden uit, zowel bij klanten als intern. Je begrijpt dat duurzaam succes ontstaat wanneer collega's en klanten op elkaar kunnen vertrouwen.
