Jouw impact als Externe Accountant Als Externe Accountant bij Countus Audit ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het leiden en aansturen van assurance-opdrachten. Je bewaakt en ontwikkelt de kwaliteit van controles, geeft leiding aan teams en fungeert als strategisch en inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. Je beweegt je moeiteloos in het spanningsveld tussen kwaliteit, klantbelang en rendement, met oog voor zowel het resultaat als de mens. Je neemt eigenaarschap over jouw portefeuille, communiceert helder en transparant over keuzes en verwachtingen en creëert een veilige werkomgeving waarin collega's zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Vanuit vertrouwen in elkaar coach en begeleid je teams en draag je actief bij aan de groei van de afdeling. Met jouw ervaring in het opbouwen en uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties signaleer je kansen, denk je mee met klanten en vertaal je hun wensen naar passende oplossingen binnen de kaders van onafhankelijkheid en regelgeving.
