Wat ga je doen?

Voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in beton te Houthalen zijn wij opzoek naar een externe bijwerker.

In deze rol werk je voornamelijk zelfstandig en ben jij die diegene die elke werf tot in de puntjes afwerkt.

- Je voert een controle uit. - Je repareert beton bij waar nodig is. - Je smeert hoeken bij waar nodig is. - Je schuurt of slijpt de beton bij. - Je zorgt voor een nette en veilige werkplek. - Je leeft alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften na. - Je hebt geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit.

Je komt terecht bij een stabiel productiebedrijf binnen de bouwsector. Je werkt in dagdienst en maakt deel uit van een team dat kwaliteit en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Na een interimperiode is een vaste aanstelling mogelijk.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt graag actief mee op de werkvloer.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, orde en veiligheid.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Opleiding: Een specifieke opleiding is niet vereist, maar een achtergrond in bouw, beton of een technische richting is een pluspunt.

Vakkennis: Kunnen planlezen is een pluspunt.

Talenkennis: Je beheerst het Nederlands voldoende om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen.
