BlueTrail Regisseur Zorg en Veiligheid Asielopvang (ZZP toegestaan) Drenthe 32u p/w 6 maanden Functieomschrijving Vanwege zwangerschapsverlof van onze Regisseur Zorg en Veiligheid zoeken wij, voor onze asiel-opvanglocatie De Biester in Gieten, tijdelijk een ervaren Regisseur Zorg en Veiligheid met een duidelijke achtergrond in de zorg. De regisseur draagt samen met de locatiecoördinator zorg voor het dagelijks goed functioneren van de opvanglocatie en is zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar voor bewoners, medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners. Naast de dagelijkse aansturing ligt een belangrijk accent op zorg en veiligheid. De regisseur signaleert tijdig zorgvragen en veiligheidsrisico's, ondersteunt medewerkers bij complexere bewonerscasuïstiek en zorgt waar nodig voor afstemming en doorverwijzing naar passende zorg. Daarbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met onder andere zorgaanbieders, gemeente, COA en partners op het gebied van zorg en veiligheid. Ook is er een nauwe samenwerking en afstemming met de collega die deze rol vervult binnen de Oekraïne-opvang in onze gemeente. Het uitgangspunt daarbij is maatwerk en het versterken van de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners. We zoeken iemand met hbo werk- en denkniveau, ervaring binnen de zorg, sociaal werk of maatschappelijke opvang en bij voorkeur ervaring met het werken op of aansturen van een opvanglocatie. Belangrijk zijn rust, overzicht, daadkracht, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om medewerkers mee te nemen in de zorginhoudelijke aanpak. Een duidelijke achtergrond in en kennis van de zorg is daarbij een vereiste. Met kennis van zorg bedoelen we meer dan aandacht hebben voor het welzijn van bewoners. We zoeken iemand die zorgvragen kan herkennen en duiden, bekend is met de verschillende zorgkaders en weet welke mogelijkheden en verantwoordelijkheden er zijn binnen het zorgdomein.
