The posting

Voor een fijne familiale organisatie actief in hout- en bouwsector is SD Worx Professionals op zoek naar een dynamische vertegenwoordiger voor de regio Nederland en/of Duitsland.

Wegens groei is de organisatie op zoek naar een extra externe sales die de Nederlands en/of Duitse markt voor zijn/haar rekening wil nemen.

Het bedrijf is voor 70% een trading organisatie en voor 30% een producent en heeft de naam een kwalitatieve speler te zijn in de markt. De tweede generatie is recent aan boord gestapt en heeft verder groeiplannen.

Recent werd een Waals bedrijf overgenomen om de expansie op de markt vorm te geven.

Jouw takenpakket?

  • Je beheert je eigen agenda en plant bezoeken in zowel bij lokale houthandelaars als industriële raamfabrikanten en schrijnwerkers om je product aan de man te brengen
  • Je zal instaan zowel voor retentie van bestaande klanten als voor de prospectie in de regio
  • Eenmaal per maand ben je aanwezig op de salesdag, samen met je salescollega's en de zaakvoerders waar marktinzichten met elkaar worden gedeeld

Wie is onze ideale vertegenwoordiger?

  • Jij aardt perfect binnen een relationele sector en weet als geen ander relaties aan te knopen met nieuwe organisaties, deze te verlengen én verder uit te bouwen
  • Je woont idealiter bij de Nederlandse of Duitse grens
  • Je kan ervaring voorleggen in een externe sales rol in hout-, bouw of aanverwante sectoren
  • Je bent sterk communicatief in het Nederlands (én Duits voor de salesrol in Duitland)
  • je voelt je het best bij een familiale werkgever waar open communicatie, korte beslissingslijnen en dagelijks contact "the key to succes" zijn
