Als Elektrisch Voorbereider ondersteun je het onderhoudsteam binnen een grote industriële productieomgeving.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de elektrische onderhoudswerken administratief en technisch goed voorbereid zijn en dat de nodige materialen, documenten en procedures beschikbaar zijn.

Je werkt nauw samen met de elektrische onderhoudsvoorbereiders en zorgt mee voor een correcte opvolging van de installaties en het periodiek onderhoud.

Dit zijn je voornaamste taken:

  • Je houdt de Bill of Materials (BOM) van verschillende productie-installaties en neveninstallaties up-to-date.
  • Je staat in voor het aanmaken, aanvragen en opvolgen van artikelnummers en materialen in SAP.
  • Je volgt geblokkeerde materialen en artikels van andere vestigingen mee op.
  • Je maakt PO-plannen (periodiek onderhoud) aan en houdt deze actueel.
  • Je stelt documenten op en beheert deze, zoals werkmethodes, checklists, veiligheidsdocumentatie en keuringsdocumenten.
  • Je verzamelt en beheert technische documentatie rond materialen en installaties.
  • Je biedt administratieve en technische ondersteuning aan de elektrische onderhoudsvoorbereiders.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met SAP, Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Je houdt rekening met de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures binnen de industriële omgeving.

Dit zijn must-haves voor deze job:

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een technische achtergrond en interesse in elektriciteit, die graag nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of graduaatsopleiding in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van elektrische componenten en installaties.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Een BA4/BA5-attest is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan informatie goed structureren en opvolgen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een industriële omgeving en de nodige veiligheidsopleidingen te volgen.
