Wij zoeken technisch talent voor een absolute specialist in de regio Rotterdam die de "levenslijnen" voor de internationale offshore-wereld produceert. Van defensie tot diepzeeonderzoek: jij bouwt mee aan kilometerslange, hightech kabelsystemen die bestand moeten zijn tegen de enorme druk van de oceaan. In onze moderne fabriek werk je in een 2-ploegendienst binnen een team waar vakmanschap en innovatie hand in hand gaan. Ben jij klaar om als Extrusie Operator letterlijk mee te bouwen aan de infrastructuur van de toekomst? Functieomschrijving Als Extrusie Operator ben je betrokken bij het gehele unieke proces van kabelproductie. Je werkt niet aan een standaard lopende band, maar aan maatwerkprojecten waarbij precisie in het extrusieproces allesbepalend is. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Het voorbereiden en aansluiten van koperen spoelen op de extrusielijn - Het secuur aanbrengen van de eerste isolatielaag via extrusie - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitstesten in een waterbad op lekken of scheuren - Het ombouwen van de extrusiemachine voor de assemblage van grote kabelsystemen - Het aanbrengen van specialistische coatings en beschermlagen op aanvraag van de klant - Het bewaken van het volledige extrusieproces en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen Functie eisen Wij zoeken een Extrusie Operator die graag nauwkeurig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een hoogwaardig eindproduct.
