Dit ga je doen Als Extrusie Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van folieblaasmachines. Je bewaakt het extrusieproces en zorgt voor de productie van kwalitatieve verpakkingsfolies. Samen met je team van circa zeven collega's werk je in een 5-ploegendienst om de productie soepel te laten verlopen. Wat ga je precies doen? - Voorbereiden van productieorders op basis van werkopdrachten. - Instellen en bedienen van folieblaasmachines (extruders). - Bewaken van het extrusieproces en controleren van kwaliteit en output. - Registreren van productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem. - Verzorgen van aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en eindproducten met je team. - Overdragen van lopende zaken bij ploegwisselingen. Met jouw technische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid draag je bij aan een efficiënt productieproces en hoogwaardige eindproducten.
