Introductie

We zijn op zoek naar operatoren die ervaring hebben in extrusie en zich kunnen vrijmaken in drie ploegen.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent in het bezit van een technische achtergrond op basis van diploma en/of ervaring. Je haalt voldoening uit het werken met machines en het aanwenden van je technische kennis.

Je hebt een hands-on attitude en ziet welke taken nog dienen afgewerkt te worden en welke prioriteit hebben. Je bent bereid om verschillende machines te leren kennen en ook fysiek werk uit te voeren.

Je gaat voornamelijk zelfstandig aan de slag maar je helpt ook collega's waar nodig!

Onze klant is op zoek naar extra versterking op de lange termijn, je wil je hiervoor graag engageren.

Je kan je gemakkelijk verplaatsen naar de regio van Lokeren en hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands.

Je kan werken in drie ploegen (op vrijdag wordt het weekend vroeger ingezet)!

Wat bieden wij je?

Onze klant biedt een mooi gevarieerd takenpakket aan waardoor ze op zoek zijn naar gemotiveerde mensen die graag verschillende machines willen leren kennen.

Je verloning is bij opstart bespreekbaar. Dit wordt uiteraard aangevuld met ploegenpremies (10% vroege/late, 20% nacht).

Op vrijdag wordt de werkdag sowieso vroeger gestopt!

Indien de interimperiode voor beide partijen vlot verloopt, maak je kans om vast in dienst te gaan! Eens je een vast contract hebt, ontvang je nog een aantal leuke voordelen.

Functieomschrijving

Je gaat aan de slag bij een gekende speler uit de regio. Je dag begint met het aanvullen van de voorraad voor de machine en het instellen van de juiste parameters. Doorheen het productieproces blijf je de machine opvolgen en stuur je de parameters bij waar nodig.

Je hebt een goede technische achtergrond en kan daardoor zelfstandig kleine technische storingen oplossen. Bij grotere problemen, kan je beroep doen op de techniekers van dienst.

Je blijft het vervaardigde product goed controleren zodat het tegemoet komt aan de wensen van de klanten.

Je leert verschillende machines kennen waardoor je een afwisselende en veelzijdige functie uitvoert.
