Deze organisatie is actief binnen de maakindustrie en richt zich op de productie van kunststoffolies en verpakkingsoplossingen. Het productiebedrijf heeft een compacte, betrokken productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en duurzaamheid centraal staan. In deze functie werk je in een team met korte communicatielijnen en directe samenwerking tussen operators en technici. Je bouwt snel de benodigde vaardigheden op en werkt veilig met extrusie- en blaasmachines. Salaris: €2750 - €4000 bruto per maand. De productieomgeving vraagt regelmaat in ploegen en biedt ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het uitbreiden van technische kennis binnen de procesindustrie. Functie-inhoud - Je bereidt en start productieorders op aan de hand van werkopdrachten. - Je stelt folieblaasmachines (extruders) in en past machine-instellingen aan om productieparameters te bereiken. - Je bewaakt het productieproces, controleert de kwaliteit en registreert afwijkingen en output. - Je registreert productiegegevens en voert administratieve werkzaamheden uit in het ERP-systeem. - Je verzorgt samen met collega's de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten. - Je stemt bij de ploegenwisseling de lopende zaken af met collega’s en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen. - Je werkt met geautomatiseerde systemen en PLC-gestuurde besturingen en stelt productrecepten en procesparameters in. - Je voert eerste lijn onderhoud uit zoals smeren, afstellingen en reiniging en meldt storingen aan de technische dienst of ploegleider. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit zoals visuele inspecties, diktemetingen en monstername voor laboratoriumanalyse. - Je signaleert procesafwijkingen en doet voorstellen om uitval, energieverbruik en verspilling te verminderen. Functie-eisen - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur met extrusie of procesmachines is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in h.
