In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je gastvrijheid, leiderschap en organisatietalent om van elk event een onvergetelijke ervaring te maken, midden in een sfeervolle en unieke setting aan de rand van Leiden.Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig coördineren en uitvoeren van uiteenlopende F&B-events, van zakelijke bijeenkomsten tot bruiloften en feesten; - Aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van het operationele team tijdens evenementen; - Bewaken van de servicekwaliteit en zorgen voor een excellente gastbeleving; - Proactief oplossen van uitdagingen en schakelen bij onverwachte situaties; - De sheets aan het begin van elk evenement doornemen met de contactpersoon, zodat alles soepel verloopt.
