Als F&B Management Trainee ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie en werk je samen met het Management Team aan verschillende projecten. Dit is waarschijnlijk een van de meest uitdagende en leerzame stages die je zult tegenkomen. Tijdens je diensten ondersteun je je team waar nodig. Drukte tijdens het ontbijt of een onverwachte verjaardag in onze bar? Jij regelt het. Een grote klacht van een gast? Jij weet hoe je die ervaring omdraait. Heeft iemand zijn brood te lang in de toaster laten zitten en dreigt het brandalarm af te gaan? Jij hebt het al opgelost. Omdat jij koel blijft en out-of-the-box kunt denken, kun je elke situatie aan. Je weet hoe je met je team samenwerkt om geweldige resultaten te behalen. Naast je operationele diensten ondersteun je ook de Head of F&B bij lopende projecten en doelstellingen. Daarnaast start en leid je je eigen project(en). Deze projecten variëren, maar zijn allemaal gericht op innovatie en verbetering. Voel je vrij om je eigen ideeën te delen! Wat je gaat doen: - Ondersteunen van verschillende operationele afdelingen bij het behalen van doelstellingen; - Meedenken, voorstellen doen en ideeën ontwikkelen om producten of processen te verbeteren; - Samen met de Head of F&B en de afdelingsmanagers adviseren over operationele vraagstukken, waarbij obstakels worden besproken met mogelijke oplossingen en een stapsgewijs verbeterplan; - Verbeterde werkwijzen voorstellen; - Het "Wiki/What to do if…"-handboek voor de ope...
