Met jouw energie en betrokkenheid breng je een gemotiveerd team, kwaliteit en een gastvrije omgeving samen tot een unieke ervaring. Als zichtbaar en toegankelijk leider sta je dicht bij je medewerkers en outlet managers en help je hen door coaching en begeleiding het beste uit zichzelf te halen. De F&B afdeling bestaat uit een á la carte restaurant, live cooking concept en 12 multifunctionele banqueting zalen waar plaats is tot circa 1000 gasten. Wat ga jij nu precies doen? Je geeft - via je leidinggevenden - leiding aan zo'n 75 fulltime en parttime medewerkers binnen de Food & Beverage-afdeling. Onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen de lobby, bar, restaurant, brasserie, roomservice en ontbijt. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Chef-kok, die verantwoordelijk is voor de keukenbrigade; samen zorgen jullie dat wat uit de keuken komt en wat de gast op tafel krijgt naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt binnen het team en hebt oog voor de ontwikkeling van iedere medewerker. Ook tijdens drukke momenten houd jij het overzicht: zo nodig spring je bij, bewaak je de kwaliteit en zorg je voor rust en structuur binnen de operatie. Van een vol ontbijtrestaurant om zeven uur 's ochtends tot een bruiloft die om twee uur 's nachts uitloopt: jij zorgt dat de bezetting klopt en de kwaliteit overeind blijft, het hele etmaal door.
