F&B Manager Fulltime Gastvrijheid organiseren en zelf voorleven Een kop koffie met huisgemaakt appelgebak na een wandeling door het bos. Een vergadering die tot in de puntjes is verzorgd. Een volle lunch, een bruiloft, een familiediner of gasten die na een mooie avond blijven overnachten. Bij Hotel-Restaurant Nol in 't Bosch komt het allemaal samen. Nol in 't Bosch is een karakteristiek familiehotel midden in de bossen van Wageningen. Met 33 hotelkamers, een restaurant, café, terras en maar liefst elf zalen ontvangen we iedere dag heel verschillende gasten. Persoonlijk, gastvrij en zonder onnodige poespas. Voor ons team zoeken we een F&B Manager die overzicht houdt, mensen meeneemt en vooral ook graag midden in de operatie staat. Wat ga je doen? Als F&B Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse F&B-operatie van Nol in 't Bosch. Je zorgt dat restaurant, bar, banqueting en partijen goed georganiseerd zijn en dat onze gasten merken dat er aandacht voor hen is. Je geeft leiding aan het team, maar bent nadrukkelijk geen manager op afstand. Als het druk is, sta je samen met je collega's op de vloer. Je ziet wat nodig is, neemt beslissingen en zorgt voor rust en duidelijkheid. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - de dagelijkse aansturing van restaurant, bar, banqueting en events; - het begeleiden, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - personeelsplanning en roosters; - voorbereiding en uitvoering van vergaderingen, feesten, partijen en andere bijeenkomsten; - bestellingen, voorraadbeheer en leveranciers; - bewaken van kwaliteit, gasttevredenheid, omzet, kosten en productiviteit; - goede samenwerking tussen bediening, keuken, receptie en housekeeping; - slimmer en eenvoudiger organiseren van onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - actief meedenken over arrangementen, kaart, evenementen en commerciële kansen.
