Für unseren Food & Beverage Bereich suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit a... 1 F&B Manager_in Deine Rolle bei uns: Als F&B Manager bist du für die operative und organisatorische Leitung unserer gastronomischen Bereiche verantwortlich. Du sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für reibungslose Abläufe, hohe Qualitätsstandards und besondere Genussmomente für unsere Gäste. Dabei verbindest du Gastgebermentalität mit wirtschaftlichem Denken und einer wertschätzenden Führungskultur.

Das erwartet dich: * Operative und organisatorische Verantwortung für unsere gesamten F&B-Bereiche (Küche & Service) * Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des F&B-Teams * Qualitätssicherung im Bereich des Speisen-, Getränke- und Serviceangebotes * Planung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen sowie die Überwachung der Dienst- und Personaleinsatzplanung * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards * Kontrolle und Steuerung relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Mitwirkung bei Budgetierung, Kostenoptimierung und Übernahme der Kalkulationen von Speisen und Getränke * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Einkauf, Rezeption und den weiteren operativen Abteilungen * Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres gastronomischen Angebots * Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen, Feedback und Reklamationen * Monatliches Reporting und Jour-Fix mit der Geschäftsführung * Teilnahme am Abteilungsleitermeeting und Führung von Abteilungsmeetings

Das bringst Du mit: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im F&B-Bereich, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung * Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeiter * Führungskompetenz sowie eine wertschätzende und motivierende Art * Wirtschaftliches Denken und gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen, Warenwirtschaft und Kostenkontrolle * Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise * Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein Auge fürs Detail * Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
