Das Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Vienna Prater/Messe liegt im Vorzeige-Stadtteil Viertel Zwei unmittelbar am Wiener Prater und ist sowohl mit dem Pkw als auch mit der U2 sehr gut an die Innenstadt und weitere wichtige Wiener Adressen angebunden. Das achtstöckige Gebäude bietet 251 Zimmer, darunter 7 Suiten. Großzügige Arbeitsbereiche, eine hochwertige Vier-Sterne-plus-Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Safe, Tea and Coffee Making Facilities, Flat TV mit Satellitenempfang sowie Fax- und Modemanschluss für High-Speed Internet warten auf unsere dynamischen und anspruchsvollen Business-Gäste. Auf insgesamt 800m² und zwei Etagen befinden sich 14 Konferenz- und Banketträume mit Tageslicht für maximal 500 Personen. Im modernen Zeitgeiste Wiens erstrahlt der neu gestaltete, großzügige Restaurant- und Barbereich Franz & Flora und verkörpern gastronomisch das Konzept des Hotel Designs Nature Goes Urban.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Food-&-Beverage-Teams suchen wir ab sofort

flexiblen und serviceorientierten F&B Allrounder (m/w/d),

der in verschiedenen Bereichen des gastronomischen Betriebes eingesetzt werden kann - einschließlich der Unterstützung bei Bankett- und Veranstaltungsabläufen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt jemanden als 1 F&B Service Allrounder (m/w/d) Dein Beitrag in unserem Team

* Vielseitiger Einsatz in allen F&B Bereichen (Service, Buffet, Bar, Bankett etc.)

* Unterstützung beim Aufbau, Ablauf und Abbau von Veranstaltungen

* Freundliche und professionelle Gästebetreuung

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs gemäß den Marriott Standards

* Allgemeine Mise-en-place Tätigkeiten

* Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Womit Du bei uns punktest

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie erforderlich

* Bereits Erfahrung im F&B-Bereich

* Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft in unterschiedlichen Bereichen des F&B-Bereiches mitzuarbeiten

* Gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit sowie verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
