Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de desbetreffende F&B outlet en voor het samen met de medewerkers een hoogwaardig product leveren naar de gasten. Voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het onderhouden van een goede werkrelatie en goed contact met je collega's en met andere afdelingen - Het zorgdragen voor een constante, hoge kwaliteit van de service. - Zorgdragen voor en toezien op het schoonhouden van het Runway Cafe en schoonmaak na sluitingstijd - Zorgdragen voor voldoende Par stock en voldoende operationeel materiaal - Zorgdragen voor en toezien op het aanslaan van bestellingen op de kassa, afrekenen met de gasten en na sluitingstijd de kassa controleren en afsluiten overeenkomstig de voorgeschreven procedures. - Zorgdragen voor (tijdig) uitvragen van goederen en het registreren van spillage en interne doorleveringen - Tijdens de dagelijkse operatie goed contact onderhouden met de keuken - Zorgdragen voor een correcte omgang met gasten en klachtenbehandeling van zowel gasten als medewerkers - Het goed onderhouden van contact met de gasten - Leiding geven aan de werkzaamheden binnen de shift - Het geven van dagelijkse pre-shift briefings - Het ondernemen van motiverende acties die als doel hebben een duidelijke boodschap naar de medewerkers te geven waaruit zij zich gewaardeerd voelen - Het trainen van de medewerkers en ervoor zorgen dat zij over alle benodigde kennis en vaardigheden beschikken die nodig zijn om hun taak op een efficiënte en productieve manier uit te voeren - Het begeleiden...
