Eelderwolde Beroepsmatig Bediening 36 - 38 uur €2.298 - €3.100 1 Functieomschrijving Zorg tijdens elke dienst voor een succesvolle en soepel lopende dag bij Van der Valk Groningen-Hoogkerk. Als Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor stuur je medewerkers bediening aan tijdens hun dienst. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat alle gasten die op één van onze 360 zitplekken in het restaurant/ brasserie zitten tevreden zijn. Dit kan tijdens het ontbijt, lunch of diner zijn. Ook voor de gast ben jij dus een belangrijk gezicht in het restaurant en bedien je iedereen met een glimlach. Naast het restaurant en de bar zijn er 11 multifunctionele zalen die voor verschillende type momenten worden verhuurd. Tijdens de start van jouw dienst kijk je wat er die dag op de planning staat en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek staat. Wanneer de Front Office of keuken operationele vragen heeft voor die dag benaderen ze jou. Kortom, als stressbestendige aanpakker weet jij precies wat je moet doen met alle vragen en verzoeken! De positie van F&B supervisor staat open voor 36-38 uur. Je krijgt een contract met vaste uren maar de werkdagen kunnen wekelijks verschillen.
