Die Kompetenz - Sozial-Ökonomischer-Betrieb GmbH sucht zur Erweiterung ihres Teams 1 Fach-/Diplomsozialbetreuer:in (m/w/d) für den Bereich Tagesbegleitung und Förderung.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

- Individuelle Begleitung: Sie unterstützen Menschen mit Behinderungen bei der Umsetzung ihrer Fähigkeiten im praktischen Tätigkeitsbereich.

- Produktions- und Serienfertigungsarbeiten

- Entwicklung fördern: Sie planen die Entwicklungsprozesse der Kund:innen und unterstützen sie dabei, ihre Stärken und Talente zu entfalten

- Mit Herz und Verstand: Sie arbeiten ressourcenorientiert, selbstwertfördernd und stets im Sinne der individuellen Teilhabe

- Struktur schaffen: Sie dokumentieren die Fortschritte, setzen Zielvereinbarungen um und sind eine verlässliche Bezugsperson für Kund:innen und deren Unterstützer:innen

Was Sie mitbringen:

- Fachliche Qualifikation: abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fach- oder Diplomsozialbetreuer:in Behindertenarbeit oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Pflegekompetenzen

- Interesse an kreativen und handwerklich-technischen Tätigkeiten sowie Freude daran, diese gemeinsam

mit den von uns begleiteten Menschen umzusetzen.

- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in Produktions- und Serienfertigungsabläufen

- Einfühlungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist

- Kreativität und Flexibilität in der Begleitung

- Führerschein B

- MS Office Kenntnisse

- Teilzeitanstellung maximal 27 Wochenstunden, ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

- Arbeitszeiten mit Plan - Montag bis Freitag mit geregelten Abläufen

- Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten - Fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung wird gefördert

- ein starkes Team - Freuen Sie sich auf ein unterstützendes Betriebsklima, regelmäßige Teambesprechungen, Supervision und gemeinsame Aktivitäten

- Entlohnung nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (SWÖ-KV), Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung 2.867,20 Euro brutto (VG 6/01, Berufseinsteiger:innen), die tatsächliche Entlohnung ist abhängig von den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
