Der Arbeiter-Samariterbund-Bad Ischl, sucht ab sofort 1 Fach- oder Diplomsozialbetreuer_in vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Behindertenarbeit Behindertenarbeit/-begleitung für die Wohnrichtung "Wohnhaus Hubkogl" in einen Beschäftigungsausmaß von 20 - 32 Wochenstunden (Turnusdienst).

Das Wohnhaus Hubkogl bietet mit Ihren zwei vollbetreuten Wohngruppen 14 Menschen mit Beeintrachtigung ein Zuhause.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Du begleitest Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung mit all ihren Fähigkeiten und Träumen

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohner_innen unter Berücksichtigung von anwendungsspezifischen Förderungsmethoden

* Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und/oder Erwachsenenvertreter_innen

* Bezugsbetreuung von Bewohner_innen

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Dokumentation von pädagogischen und pflegerischen Massnahmen

* Erkennen von Ressourcen, Anliegen und Wünschen der Bewohner_innen

* Fachpraktische Umsetzung des im Haus etablierten Betreuungs- und Pflegekonzeptes

* Die eine Mindestqualifikation haben: Abgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung inklusive absolviertem UBV-Modul

* Positives Denken und Teamfähigkeit besitzen

* eine Begeisterung dafür haben, anderen Menschen zu helfen

* Verständnis für die Lebenswelt der Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung mitbringen

* Freude an alltagspraktischen Tätigkeiten haben

* über Kreativität, Geschick und Organisationstalent verfügen

* gerne im Team arbeiten und dennoch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise lieben

* flexibel und belastbar sind: Früh- und Spätdienste, Nachtdienste sowie Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach SWO-KV Verw. Gr. 6 (je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten, mind. brutto Euro 2.687,00 bei 37 Wochenstunden) plus Zulage.
