So groß wir in Österreich sind, so familiär sind unsere Teams vor Ort. 1 Fach- oder Hilfskraft im Metallbereich (m/w/x) Was du tun wirst:

* Maschinenbedienung und -überwachung: Selbstständiges Bedienen, Rüsten und Überwachen von modernen CNC-gesteuerten Fertigungsanlagen und Bearbeitungszentren in der Metallproduktion.

* Qualitäts- und Maßkontrolle: Laufende Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen der gefertigten Metallbauteile mittels gängiger Messmittel (zum Beispiel Messschieber, Mikrometer) nach technischen Zeichnungen.

* Wartung und Pflege: Durchführung von einfachen, regelmäßigen Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Anlagen zur Sicherung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs.

Was du mitbringst:

* Fachausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich (zum Beispiel CNC-Fachkraft, Zerspanungsmechaniker_in, Metalltechniker_in, Maschinenbautechniker_in) oder entsprechende mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung.

* Sicherer Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Fertigungsanlagen sowie Routine im Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen und Produktionsplänen.

* Hilfskraft: Keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. Du hast den Willen, Neues zu lernen, und wirst bei uns Schritt für Schritt auf alle Aufgaben und Maschinen angelernt.

* Für beide Positionen:

** Genaue, verlässliche und ordentliche Arbeitsweise, da auch einfache Qualitätskontrollen und das Einlegen von Teilen Präzision erfordern.

** Pünktlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit, eine positive Arbeitseinstellung sowie die nötige körperliche Fitness und Belastbarkeit für die Produktion.

** Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, damit du Sicherheitsunterweisungen, einfache Arbeitsanweisungen und Messwerte problemlos verstehen und umsetzen kannst.
