Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte_n und erfahrene_n 1 Fachärztin/-arzt für Medizinische und Chemische Labordiagnostik Standort: Wels Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Dienstbeginn: ehestmöglich

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Fachärztliche Befundung und Validierung labordiagnostischer Analysen (klinisch-chemisch, hämatologisch, immunologisch, etc.)

* Fachärztliche Betreuung von Methoden-Etablierungen inklusive Verifizierungen und Validierungen

* Supervision und fachliche Unterstützung des Laborpersonals

* Qualitätssicherung und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Analyseprozessen

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit einsendenden Ärzt:innen und Kliniken

* Mitwirkung an wissenschaftlichen Projekten und Schulungen

Wir erwarten uns...

* Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung für Medizinische und Chemische Labordiagnostik

* Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Labormethoden und Qualitätssicherungssysteme

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Interesse an kontinuierlicher fachlicher Weiterentwicklung

* IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit Laborinformationssystemen von Vorteil

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt - unter der Annahme, dass kein Turnus absolviert wurde - für diese Position auf Vollzeitbasis € 7.009,40 brutto pro Monat beträgt, zuzüglich Sonderzahlungen (13. und 14. Gehalt) und Abgeltung von Überstunden sowie Sonderklassegebühren, abhängig von Ihrer beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Fachärztin/-arzt für Medizinische und Chemische Labordiagnostik beträgt 7.009,40 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
