Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Fach-Sozialbetreue:in Altenarbeit (FSB "A") Voll- oder Teilzeit

ab sofort

Zwei individuell gestaltete und durch Präsenzdienst begleitete Wohnbereiche mit zwei eigens konzipierten Palliativzimmern, ermöglichen im FraDomo Ottnang die professionelle Pflege und individuelle Begleitung von 72 Bewohner:innen. Durch das lebensweltorientierte Wohnen verfolgen wir im FraDomo Ottnang das Ziel, Bewohner:innen ein möglichst autonom geführtes und alltagsnahes Leben zu ermöglichen.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

° Begleitung der Bewohner:innen in allen Lebenswelten mit dem Ziel ein

möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben zu führen

° Psychosoziale Begleitung der Bewohner:innen und ihrer Angehörigen

° Durchführung ganzheitlicher Betreuung und Pflege gem. GuKG (PA)

und Oö SBG, die sich an den individuellen Wünschen der

Bewohner:innen orientiert

Ihr Profil

° Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachsozialbetreuer:in Altenarbeit

(gemäß § 16 Oö. Sozialberufegesetz)

° Sie sind teamorientiert und arbeiten gerne verantwortungsbewusst

° Wir freuen uns über Bewerber:innen, die sich mit ihren Ideen und

Können in unseren Betrieb einbringen, um eine optimale Versorgung

der Bewohner:innen sicherzustellen

Unser Angebot

° ein jährliches Bruttogehalt bei 40 Wochenstunden ab EUR 42.938,60

(abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten) zzgl. EUR 2.000,00
