Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

Fachliche Anforderungen:

+ Ihre fachliche Ausbildung umfasst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung - zur Fach-Sozialbetreuerin / zum Fach-Sozialbetreuer mit Schwerpunkt Altenarbeit bzw. Pflegeassistent:in

+ Für die Berufsausübung notwendige Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

+ Berufliche Erfahrung ist von Vorteil

+ Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

Persönliche Anforderungen:

+ Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Teamarbeit und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

+ Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit, Soziale Kpmpetenz und empathische Grundhaltung

+ Aufgeschlossenheit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie die Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen

Leistungen der Anstellung

Beschäftigungsausmaß nach Vereinbarung: 18 bis 37 Wochenstunden möglich

Gehaltsschema: Lt. SWÖ-KV / Verwendungsgruppe 6 (Mindestentgelt ab 01.04.2026 € 2.949,00 brutto auf Basis einer Vollbeschäftigung (37 Stunden/Woche) zzgl. SEG-Zulage € 247,27 brutto (vorbehaltlich der gesetzlichen Vordienstzeitanrechnung)
