Deine Aufgaben:

- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Begleitung älterer Menschen im Alltag

- Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege, Mobilisation und Nahrungsaufnahme

- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität der Bewohner*innen

- Durchführung aktivierender und sozialer Maßnahmen

- Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes sowie Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an das Pflegeteam

- Unterstützung bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten

-Wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Bewohner*innen und Angehörigen

- Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

- Dokumentation der Betreuungs- und Pflegemaßnahmen

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FSB AA gemäß (GuKG)

- Eintrag im Gesundheitsberuferegister (GBR)

- ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)

- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein großes Herz für die Pflege

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Humor im Alltag

- Motivation, gemeinsam mit uns neue Wege in der Pflege zu gehen
