The posting

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unserer Teams für den Bereich Wohnen in Neudau 2 Fach-Sozialbetreuer/innen für Behindertenarbeit im Ausmaß von 30 bis 34 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die bedürfnisorientierte ganzheitliche Begleitung und Förderung von Menschen mit Behinderung bei:

>> Alltagshandlungen

>> Körperpflege

>> Haushaltsführung

>> Freizeitgestaltung und Aktivitäten inmitten der Gesellschaft

>> Arztbesuchen und Behördenwegen

Immer unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Ressourcen der Bewohner*innen.

Außerdem sind Zielplanung, Dokumentation und Berichtswesen (ICF) Bestandteil ihres Aufgabenfeldes.

Wir erwarten uns:

º Abgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung

º Soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

º Verlässlichkeit und Stressresistenz

º Identifikation mit den zentralen Haltungen des personenzentrierten Denkens und den Inhalten der Behindertenrechtskonvention

º Übernahme von Diensten an den Tages-Randzeiten, sowie Wochenend- und Nachtbereitschaftsdiensten

º Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Wir bieten:

º Fundiertes Onboarding und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeit innerhalb der Dienstzeit

º Mitsprache bei der Dienstplangestaltung und Planungssicherheit durch langfristige Dienstplan-Erstellung

º Angemessene Entlohnung gem. KV der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich, Verwendungsgruppe 6 unter Anrechnung allfälliger Vordienstzeiten, KV-Mindestgehalt € 2.867,20 bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Stunden).
