The posting

Die Lebenswelt ist eine Einrichtung des Konventhospitals der Barmherzigen Brüder Linz und als solche in Schenkenfelden (OÖ) und Pinsdorf (OÖ) und Wallsee (NÖ) situiert. Die Lebenswelt bietet für gehörlose und taubblinde Menschen mit zusätzlichen Beeinträchtigungen (auch psychiatrischen Störungen) eine therapeutische Wohn- und Arbeitsgemeinschaft mit gesicherter Kommunikation.

Verwendet werden visuelle, taktile und alternative Kommunikationsformen. Die oberösterreichische bzw. niederösterreichische Gebärdensprache wird als allgemeine Sprache in den Einrichtungen angewendet. Als Einrichtung der Barmherzigen Brüder orientieren wir uns an der Frohen Botschaft von Jesus Christus ¿ christliche Barmherzigkeit ist uns ein zentrales Anliegen.

In Übereinstimmung mit diesen Werten suchen wir ab Oktober 2026 1 Fach- und Diplomsozialbetreuer/in (m/w/d) Aufgaben

* Ihr Feingefühl für Menschen und ihre speziellen Bedürfnisse, trägt zu einem harmonischen Miteinander im Bereich der Wohnwelt bei.

* Sie unterstützen unsere BewohnerInnen im Alltag bzw. leiten diese an, ihre Selbstkompetenz wo immer möglich, zu steigern.

* In der Ganztagesbetreuung sind Sie im Wohnen in Turnusdiensten (auch am Wochenende und an Feiertagen) und/oder in der Tagesbetreuung an Werktagen im oder auch außer Haus tätig.

Kompetenzen

* Ausbildung (z.B. FSB-BA, FSB-A, FSB-BB) für die Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen.

* Idealerweise sprechen Sie die Gebärdensprache; jedenfalls sind Sie bereit diese zu erlernen.

* Sie bringen sich mit Freude im Team ein und tragen dazu bei, dass sich Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung gut in ihrem Alltag zurechtfinden.

* Ihre positive Lebenseinstellung lässt Sie herausfordernde Situationen gut meistern.

* Sie sind sich Ihrer Verantwortung gegenüber unseren Kundinnen und Kunden bewusst; dies zeigt sich durch Ihre Flexibilität (zeitlich und inhaltlich) ebenso, wie durch Genauigkeit und Kreativität.

* IT-Kenntnisse sowie ein gültiger PKW-Führerschein (Klasse B) runden Ihr Profil ab.

* Sie identifizieren sich mit der Wertehaltung der Barmherzigen Brüder (https://www.barmherzige-brueder.at/portal/karriere/unserewerte) und deren Ethik, wie sich diese im Ethik-Codex ausdrücken (https://barmherzige-brueder.at/ethik/codex).
