Für unser Jugendgästehaus in Ulrichsberg suchen wir ab 1. November 2026 eine engagierte Person für den Bereich Küche und Gästebetreuung.

Das Jugendgästehaus gehört zur ALOM Böhmerwaldwerkstatt. Hier werden Menschen unterstützt, wieder eine Beschäftigung am ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu finden. Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit den TeilnehmerInnen, unterstützt beim Erwerb praktischer Fähigkeiten, leitest sie bei der Ausführung an, um ihre beruflichen Kompetenzen weiterzuentwickeln. 1 Fachanleitung Küche und Gästebetreuung (m/w/d) Vollzeit 37 Wochenstunden Verein ALOM Arbeitsort: Jugendgästehaus Ulrichsberg

Du kochst gerne, arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und möchtest mit deiner Arbeit etwas Sinnvolles bewirken? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

Deine Aufgaben

* Du bereitest Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen für unsere Gäste zu.

* Du erstellst Speisepläne.

* Du kaufst Lebensmittel ein und sorgst für einen guten Vorrat.

* Du organisierst Caterings und Buffets.

* Du arbeitest mit TeilnehmerInnen und leitest sie in verschiedenen Arbeitsbereichen an.

* Du übernimmst auch einfache Büroarbeiten.

* Du nimmst an Teamsitzungen und Fortbildungen teil.

* Du teilst dir die Aufgaben mit einer Kollegin.

Das bringst du mit

* Freude am Kochen.

* Interesse an der Arbeit mit Menschen.

* Geduld und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit anderen.

* Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten.

* Bereitschaft, auch abends oder am Wochenende zu arbeiten.

* Führerschein B.

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse.

* Vollzeit mit 37 Wochenstunden.

Bezahlung

Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag.

* Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung beträgt das Gehalt bei 37 Wochenstunden und 10 anrechenbaren Vordienstjahren 3.210,60 Euro brutto, nach einem Jahr 3.449,20 Euro brutto.
