Facharbeiter Betonsanierung (m/w/d) - für Baustellen in Wien und Umgebung

Berufliche Qualifikationen

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maurer (ev. Hochbauer).

Zusatzqualifikation: Nachweisbare Kurse und Weiterbildungen im Bereich der Betoninstandsetzung bzw. des Betonschutzes (z. B. Kurse der Bauakademie, Wifi oder dgl.)

Berufserfahrung: Einschlägige Praxis im Hochbau, speziell bei der Sanierung von Betonbauteilen (Brücken, Parkhäuser, Fassaden, Keller).

Fachliche Kompetenzen

Betontechnologie: Fundiertes Wissen über Betoneigenschaften, Zementarten und Bewehrungen.

Schadensanalyse: Erkennen und Beurteilen von Betonschäden (z. B. Karbonatisierung, Risse, Bewehrungskorrosion).

Sanierungstechniken: Fachgerechte Untergrundvorbereitung, reprofilieren von Ausbruchstellen und Ausführen von Rissinjektionen.

Normenkenntnis: Grundlegendes Verständnis der einschlägigen Regelwerke (z. B. ÖNORM B 4706, Instandsetzungsrichtlinien der ÖVBB).

Qualitäts- und Arbeitssicherheit: Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein bei der Ausführung von bautechnisch sensiblen Instandsetzungen.

Persönliche Anforderungen & Soft Skills

Führerschein: Führerschein Klasse B

Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1/C2) für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Polieren und Sachverständigen.

Handwerkliches Geschick: Präzises und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten bei der Betoninstandsetzung.

Körperliche Eignung: Schwindelfreiheit für Arbeiten in der Höhe sowie uneingeschränkte Baustellentauglichkeit bei jeder Witterung.

Teamfähigkeit: Zuverlässiges Arbeiten in Bautrupps und bei wechselnden Baustelleneinsätzen.

Für die Zukunft: Aufbau als Teamleiter der gewerblichen Gewährleistungstruppe, Hauptansprechpartner für QM / QS Leitung
