Wir sind ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen in Telfs mit ca. 20 MitarbeiterInnen, davon 4 GärtnermeisterInnen und 7 FacharbeiterInnen, sowie GärtnerhelferInnen. Unser Schwerpunkt ist der Verkauf und die Pflege sowie die Verarbeitung von winterharten Pflanzen. Gartenplanung gehören ebenso zu unseren Stärken wie die individuelle Beratung im Garten der KundInnen. Die Grabpflege ist ein weiteres unserer Standbeine.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort 2 Facharbeiter Gartencenter, Pflanzenverkauf (m/w/d) WAS MACHEN WIR?

º Wir beraten unsere Kunden im Bereich Gartenpflanzen, Saisonbepflanzung, Gemüsepflanzen und Obst- und Beerengehölzen

º Hochwertige Pflanzen stehen im Mittelpunkt unseres Sortiments. Professionelle Hilfsstoffe, Biologischer Pflanzenschutz und ehrliche Fachberatung sind für uns am wichtigsten.

º Die Pflege und der fachmännische Umgang mit unseren wertvollen Pflanzen sind uns eine Herzensangelegenheit.

º Wir produzieren eine kleine Menge an hochwertigen Stauden und Sträuchern bei uns in Tirol, damit sie sich an unsere klimatischen Bedingungen und den Jahreslauf gewöhnen können.

º Unsere Großbäume erfordern zwar ab und zu den Umgang mit großem Gerät, aber sie machen uns zur ersten Adresse in Tirol, wenn es um anspruchsvolle Gärten geht.

DEINE KOMPETNZEN:

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gärtner, Florist, Landschaftsgärtner

º Liebe zu Pflanzen und die Bereitschaft "Neues" kennen zu lernen

º Lust mit Kunden zu arbeiten, sie beraten und als verlässlicher Partner aufzutreten.

º Belastbarkeit, körperliche und geistige Fitness

º Teamfähigkeit, Freundlichkeit

º sicherer Umgang mit Kunden

º Inkasso und Bestellungsverwaltung sind für dich kein Problem

º lösungsorientiertes Denken
