Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Selbstständige Durchführung von klassischen Hochbauarbeiten (z. B. Mauerwerks-, Schalungs- und Betonarbeiten)

* Umsetzung von Neubau-, Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten nach Plan

* Fachgerechte Bedienung und Pflege von Baustellenwerkzeugen und Geräten

* Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung sowie Kolleg_innen vor Ort

* Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Baubranche (Hochbau, z. B. als Maurer_in, Schalungsbauer_in o. Ä.)

* Relevante Praxis und Berufserfahrung im Hochbau

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und sichere Kommunikation auf der Baustelle

* Führerschein Klasse BE (E zu B) bzw. Klasse F von Vorteil

* Zuverlässige, genaue und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
